Director Of Development And Community Engagement

Are you an experienced fundraiser with deep knowledge of Vermont's philanthropic community? As Director of Development and Community Engagement, you will help create paid service experiences for young adults, support healthier forests and water across Vermont, and improve food access for communities across northern Vermont. This role will lead VYCC's multi-faceted fundraising, which centers on strong and authentic relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations.
You will develop strategies to raise visibility and secure philanthropic gifts for the annual fund, planned giving, and capital campaigns.
