Director, Development Finance | PE-backed owner/operator | Dallas We are working with a leading PE-backed developer/owner/operator of CRE infrastructure that is actively seeking a? Director of Development Finance ?to join their fast-paced ?Finance team, and support growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).
Reporting directly to the CIO, and working cross functionally with the Construction team, this individual ?will be responsible for providing high-level support in the areas of forecasting, budget costs, risk, and financial analysis for the entire project development pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, real estate development practices, and project management.

Experience:
10?-15 years of progressive ?CRE ?investments experience? in an institutional environment, ideally for a large operator, investment manager, or IB/PE firm.BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related major, from top-tier universityExperience with construction and development, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investments?International experience is a plus?Experience working in cross functional environments, as well as managing relationships with external sponsors If this position sounds like you, please apply, and/or reach out to Alex at ******.
