The Director of Engineering is a leader that oversees and guides a company's engineering department to help ensure that an organization's engineering goals align with the company's values, mission and goals.
ResponsibilitiesReports to top management.Lead and develop a team of Designers, Project Engineers, and Installation Technicians.Oversee projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. Verifying project compliance with engineering best practices.Collaborating with company stakeholders.Updating department policies and procedures.Provide account management, solutions, quotes, and project management.Travel 10% - 15%.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.8+ years of experience in management.Proven experience in engineering leadership and project management.Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.Strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for innovation.Note: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline.
