About the RoleForma is looking for an engineering leader to drive our core and platform teams which will directly support Forma's best in class benefits experience to allow customers and members to access an easy-to-use and cutting-edge employee benefits platform.
This role requires expertise in building out mission-critical systems at scale that can evolve quickly with our rapidly growing business. This is a fully remote position and will report to Forma's VP, Engineering.

Preferred SkillsHave 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
Have experience architecting and executing large-scale, performant systems that are critical to the business
Skilled at working to build alignment, drive decision making, and communicate transparently
Able to marry long-term thinking with short-term action
You have a genuine passion for building platforms in a rigorous, measurable and scalable way
You have a strong understanding of security and compliance best practices in software development, especially from a money movement perspective
You are committed to cultivating an inclusive team culture
You have a deep understanding of Agile fundamentals and the mental models that promote strong execution
