We're seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our dynamic team. You will guide the development and optimization of scalable software solutions for our innovative iGaming platform, serving millions of users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications are reliable, high-performing, and user-friendly.

## On your day to day, you will... ##
- Lead the engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and enforce engineering processes and standards.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on the company's technology strategy.
- Manage resources to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

## What You will need ##
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Startup experience.
- Experience in B2C software development.
- 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, on-time, and budget-compliant software solutions.
- Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and design.
- Experience in growing, managing, and mentoring large engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Java and React.
The posted salary range is the target budget for Boston-based candidates. For global candidates, compensation will be adjusted based on the local cost of living.
