Director Of Engineering - Multisite

FOOD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Our client, a highly respected food manufacturer based about an hour west of Boston (relo will be provided), is seeking a Director of Engineering who will:

be responsible for the management of all Operational capital across all locations. lead the development of the annual and three-year capital plans. provide engineering support and expertise to the operations and maintenance teams as needed. have complete supervisory experience over the Corporate Engineering team. Requirements: Engineering Degree. 7+ years of experience in food manufacturing. Liquid batching processing preferred. Prefer experience in flour milling, dry mix manufacturing, fresh and frozen bakery, and sweet good products. Must have the ability to travel regularly to all facilities in North America. Up to 40% travel. Excellent communication, coaching, and Project Management skills. Must have a hands-on work ethic along with the ability to think strategically about capital projects and the alignment with business objectives and strategy.
