What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required10+ years of accounting experience within the real estate industryCPA designation preferredExperience with open-end fund reporting is advantageousFamiliarity with tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, real estate partnerships, and S-CorpsStrong communication and leadership skillsExceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
