This is a full-time, exempt position working a hybrid schedule at Montage's Rockville, MD office, and the employee's home office. The anticipated annual salary for this position is $95,000 – $105,000.

About the RoleThe Director of Finance will be responsible for oversight of the agency's financial policies, accounting, processing, reporting and controls. Working closely with leadership, the Director of Finance will be responsible for the successful management of the agency's finance department and team including all functional areas within.
Qualifications7–10 years of experience in finance/accounting, requiredCertified Public Accounting (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), required (CPA preferred)Experience working with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)'s approved financial systems, required. Unanet experience strongly preferredFederal government or government contracting experience requiredPersonnel management experience requiredDuties and ResponsibilitiesDepartment Management Accountable for adherence to the agency's financial policies, planning, reporting and controlsOversee financial functions that may include accounting, budget, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payrollCreate functional strategies and specific objectives for the finance department and teamSupport development and management of budgets/policies/procedures to ensure the functional infrastructure of the agency.
