Job Description:The Director of Finance Transformation (Global Functional Solutions & RTR) is responsible for deployment and operational excellence of the ERP Cloud. The Director of Transformation is responsible for working closely with project teams to ensure all operation requirements are met, ensuring appropriate staffing for business as usual "BAU" activities, and working to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner and sign off on key deliverables throughout the project.
Responsibilities: Lead the functional solutions delivery of the ERP Cloud implementationServe as the operations expert and coordinate with the project team during key phases of the program.Lead the delivery of the ERP Cloud - RTR modules such as General Ledger, Intercompany, Account Reconciliation, Transaction MatchingPartner with key Finance, IT and business partners to understand and document requirements.Manage upgrades, patches, and regression testing for Finance Cloud SystemsWork closely with Customer Success Managers from Third Party SaaS vendorsPartner with Finance stakeholders, Tech Solution Lead and 3rd party vendors to improve Finance SystemsWork closely with Finance stakeholders to design / enhance Finance processes to better leverage the solutionsWork closely with the Finance Reporting and analytics team on reporting/analytics needs to develop and enhance capabilities as neededPerform regular audits to ensure data integrity with Finance solutionsManage a team with several direct reports; responsible for all coaching, development, and team culture/effectiveness.Qualifications: 10+ years with demonstrated experience deploying ERP Cloud Systems in large multinational organizations10+ years with demonstrated experience leading operations for ERP Cloud systemsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, CPA preferredAbility to effectively communicate and work with management both within and outside of FinanceAbility to develop / maintain strong business relationshipsStrong knowledge of ERP Cloud solutions to identify areas for optimization. Oracle ERP experience is a plusExcellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsProven project management experience; ability to balance multiple initiatives and project timelines and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingPreferred, previous people management experienceAbility to coach, develop, and create a team culture/effectiveness
