Director of Finance up to $230k + bonus & benefit We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to become a key part of our team. Responsibilities: Supervise corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equity, and real estate investmentsLead the financial accounting and reporting of company's real estate fundsManage a team including Corporate Controller, AP Manager, and AR ManagerAssist with capital planning, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture structuring, and debt covenant complianceOversee corporate cash flow, payroll funding, invoice approvals, and owner distributionsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeCPA preferred10+ years in real estate finance with public/private mix preferred, especially in accounting structures, fund setups, and complianceRequired experience in fair value accounting and open-ended fundsPrior tax processing experience is a plus
