What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMinimum of 10 years' relevant accounting experience in the real estate industryCPA designation preferredExperience with open-ended funds and fair value GAAP reporting highly regardedStrong knowledge of REIT compliance and experience with corporate accountingUnderstanding of payroll and benefits within an accounting frameworkProven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organizationExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
