10+ years of demonstrated sales experience & preferably in the Google ecosystem. An established set of strong, pre-existing relationships with industry and sales leaders at Google. A track record of building and managing a strong qualified pipeline ($50M+) of GCP accounts leading to close and influencing consumption growth for Google. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives. A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills– able to synthesize complex details into accessible and precise insights. What you'll be doing in this role:
Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of your customers. Grow and manage Google pipeline with governance at all levels (account, country, business line, etc.). Drive differentiation for Further through vertical and horizontal solutions built on GCP. Support business development through proactive opportunity identification, proposition development, and sales campaigns. Build strategic relationships by being a partner with our key account executives, lead the pursuit teams and participate in the proposal development process. Generate cloud migration roadmaps and drive buy-in across complex organization structures. Create and collaborate with Further's industry experts and global business lines to build account-based growth plans. Achieve targets of qualified pipeline growth & mature it to booked revenue. Track and analyze key performance metrics: Monitor lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue performance. What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:
Establish a well structured lead generation to qualified Google pipeline process in place for your vertical. Drive differentiation for Further through vertical and horizontal solutions built on GCP services that establishes a pipeline of $20M+.
