As the Director of Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our e-commerce growth and customer acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include increasing customer acquisition, improving retention, and maximizing revenue. The role requires a deep understanding of marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that will fuel sustainable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance performance marketing initiatives aligned with nuuds business objectivesStrategically manage and scale advertising budgets to align with sales targets and customer acquisition objectives, focusing on maximizing both spend and efficiency.Implement optimization of campaign performance to drive traffic and convert prospects into customers, with a strong emphasis on testing and data-driven adjustments to boost efficiency and effectiveness.Design and implement effective customer acquisition strategies across various e-commerce platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok to leverage emerging tools and trends for brand advantage.Direct the email and SMS marketing programs, focusing on deepening customer engagement and driving revenue through optimized content and personalized communication strategies.Analyze customer lifetime value and other metrics to drive long-term profitabilityUtilize data analytics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.Prepare regular reports on growth performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.Champion innovative approaches and continual testing to enhance revenue productivity and customer personalization, ensuring a relentless focus on first-order profitability and bottom-line health.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a leadership position.Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales, and customer experience.Experience with Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) and Paid Social (Facebook ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)CRM (Email Marketing, SMS marketing) and proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, Looker and other analyticsExperience with Sales Channels (Google Merchant Center, TikTok Shop, etc.) and Data Feeds (Go Data Feed, Feedonomics, etc.)Proficiency in data analysis and performance metricsExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.Benefits:
