About the RoleJoin Rula as our Director of GTM Operations and drive impactful change in mental healthcare.
With 1 in 5 people suffering from a mental health issue and fewer than 50% receiving the help they need, we need someone passionate and strategic to ensure our partnerships-driven patient demand is running efficiently and scaling rapidly.
As the Director of GTM Operations, you'll be at the heart of transforming insights into strategic projects that drive our growth.
You'll design sales incentives, optimize sales processes, and create a seamless handoff between marketing, sales, and post-sales teams.
You'll be instrumental in shaping our GTM operations, aligning supply with demand, and helping inform critical operating outcomes that will influence the trajectory of our business.
The ideal candidate is an expert who has built operations for a hypergrowth sales organization and knows how to scale efficiently while maintaining excellence.

Required Qualifications10+ years of experience across revenue functions, with at least 5+ years in a revenue operations role (such as enablement, strategy, or operations)4+ years of experience in people and performance managementDemonstrated success in applying a highly strategic mindset to develop and execute long-term plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and make data-driven recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiencyServed a sales team that grew by at least 50 repsProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with expertise in Google Sheets and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
