This unique role straddles Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Business Operations (BizOps) at a strategic level, designed to support high-impact projects that drive cross-functional alignment across the organization. The Director of GTM Strategy will work closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to design, implement, and optimize initiatives that are central to revenue growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Sr Director of Revenue, this role requires a dynamic leader who is comfortable navigating complex projects, influencing across departments, and diving into hands-on work when necessary. This role involves managing highly complex projects that demand a holistic view of both revenue generation and operational efficiency, requiring detailed alignment across various departments. Examples include: Top-of-Funnel Segmentation Aligned with Partner Ecosystem and Post-Sales Motion Design Across Team.

What You'll Do Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects that align with company goals, including revenue generation, process optimization, and operational scale. Act as a project sponsor and owner, setting clear objectives, timelines, and outcomes, while ensuring all key stakeholders remain informed and aligned. Align revenue operations and business operations/development strategies to streamline internal processes, optimize handoffs, and improve cross-functional efficiency. Serve as a liaison between RevOps and BizOps/BizDev to integrate data-driven insights with operational execution, enhancing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and financial reporting. Engage with leadership across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to assess needs, remove bottlenecks, and foster open communication and alignment. Utilize interpersonal skills to influence without authority, ensuring all stakeholders work toward shared organizational goals and project milestones. Identify operational gaps and develop solutions that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with IT and systems teams to implement tools, automation, and process improvements, particularly in CRM and data management. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track key metrics across strategic initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders understand progress and impact. Regularly report on project outcomes and metrics to the executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members across RevOps and BizOps/BizDev, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Act as a champion for best practices in RevOps and BizOps/BizDev, encouraging professional growth within the teams. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or strategic project management, with a minimum of 4 years in a management or leadership role. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that require close collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams. Strong business acumen with an ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution, tailoring approaches to align with company goals. In-depth experience with process optimization, automation, CRM systems, and project management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in creating dashboards, interpreting data, and drawing actionable insights. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for influencing others and building consensus across functions. Comfort in a dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot quickly between projects and adapt to shifting priorities. Experience incorporating feedback loops to ensure the quality and timeliness of customer delivery, especially at scale. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-$250,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
