What Will You Need? 8-10 years of experience MARKETING TO healthcare facilities within the Pharmaceutical/medical device field Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications required Masters degree in marketing, communications, business, and/or healthcare preferred What Will You Do? As the Strategic Marketing Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include:
Leading branding initiatives and crafting key messaging and positioning for the assigned division. Developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives. Growing GPO membership through impactful promotions and collateral. Analyzing business aspects to identify new opportunities and customer segments. Developing strategies, tactics, and messaging to support alliances and ensure brand continuity. Participating as a member of the Leadership team in all business planning and operating meetings. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines are met. Leading market research efforts to generate key strategic insights and assess market potentials.
