Waikiki Health is seeking a full time HR Director
Starting pay for this role is $90,000 annually.
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
The HR Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources and credentialing.
Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Management for improvement of Waikiki Health policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities in personnel matters.
Directs and oversees employee relation cases including but not limited to, conducting investigations, mediations, and conflict resolution.
Oversees the submission of annual liability insurance renewal for health center through the Federal Tort Claims Act and regularly updates MIEC on provider status for gap coverage.
Reviews, approves, and submits insurance claims involving workers compensation and temporary disability.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or up to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated abilities in human resources operations and administration.
Waikiki Health requires proof of the following immunization; with or without reasonable accommodation: TB skin test or chest x-ray, Hep B (optional).
