This is a full-time on-site role for the Director of Information Technology at Kings River Packing in Sanger, CA.
Director of Information Technology
The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing IT and ERP team, ensuring network security, developing and executing IT strategies, and managing the overall IT department. They will collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to identify and implement technological solutions that align with business goals and drive operational efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Lead initiatives to ensure that the organization is leveraging technology to its full potential
· Lead a team of direct reports (Network Administrator, Business Systems Manager, ERP Manager, ERP Specialist)
· Proactively strive to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and quality of workflow throughout the organization through strong coordination and communication across IT disciplines and departments
· Sets strategic direction and accountabilities for the IT team including but not limited to long-term planning, training, hiring, and mentoring
· Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Group to identify company challenges develop effective solutions
· Manage the company's IT security efforts, ensure proper protection, and develop trainings for employees
· Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
· Oversee the procurement of IT assets (hardware and software) and manage inventory on hand
· Maintain relationships with key vendors (ERP, MSP, etc.)
· Responsible for IT & ERP budget management
· Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
· Minimum 5 years IT Management experience
· Proficiency in ensuring data security and redundancy practices
· Experience administrating Microsoft platforms (Office365, Windows Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical, leadership, management and interpersonal skills
· Highly self-motivated and self-directed
· Alignment with the company's mission and core values
Physical Demands & Abilities
· Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with daily interaction with staff
· Onsite work schedule Monday – Friday with flexibility as needed
· Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 pounds
Compensation & Benefits
· $150,000 - $175,000 annually, DOE

This information reflects a base salary range that Kings River Packing reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, certification, and experience.
