The Director of IT, as a Senior Engineer and Technology Strategist, is integral to driving technological excellence within SAR Academy. Responsible for overseeing the Help Desk, hardware maintenance, and software management, this position combines technical expertise with strategic vision. Tasks range from managing school infrastructure and hardware budgets to fostering vendor relationships and implementing innovative IT solutions. Additionally, the role supports creative initiatives like video production and live streaming, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all technology platforms.
