Director Of Jail Operations-Tampa, Florida

NaphCare has an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced RN administrative leader to be Director of Jails Operations working in the Florida Region. The ideal candidate will reside in Tampa Fl. We will teach you our proven methods of correctional healthcare as you use our cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system.
NaphCare partners with correctional facilities across the nation to provide proactive, patient-focused high-quality healthcare with our teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff. 
This person will have oversight of multiple facilities located throughout the Florida area and will be instrumental in helping us expand our footprint. Main responsibilities will include:
Leadership and mentoring on-site Health Service Administrators, who are typically Registered Nurses. Heavy travel required, occasionally to other states when needed. Must be an RN and be willing to work shifts when needed including some nights. Traveling to and supporting sites, while also launching new corporate initiatives at sites Traveling to and helping lead transitions of new sites. Traveling to and attending new site bid presentations and walk-throughs Directly participating in recruiting, retention, hiring, and onboarding activities to ensure sites are staffed up. Developing strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs. Responsible for ensuring that sites stay trained on the latest NaphCare processes and procedures. Review budgets and labor hours and make sure sites stay contractually compliant. Assurance of site compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards.
