Cedar Ridge Inn is NOW HIRING a Director of MaintenanceThe primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the maintenance department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as directed by the Administrator to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.Incentive: $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time hires. Wage: $25-$30 Depending on experience. Shift: Monday - Friday On-Call

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the maintenance department• Maintenance of the facility in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations• Ensuring safety and comfort within the facility
Requirements
• Three (3) year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant related position• Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems• Ability to read and interpret blueprints• Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
