Aroma360 and Hotel Collection are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Director of Marketing Budget & Spend Optimization to manage the entire monthly marketing budget for both brands. This key leadership role will ensure that every dollar spent is maximized for optimal performance and return on investment. The Director will report directly to the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth while maintaining marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire monthly marketing budget for both Aroma360 and Hotel Collection, ensuring accurate and efficient allocation of resources.Track, measure, and optimize all marketing spend to ensure alignment with revenue goals and maximize ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the correct number of ads, assets, and marketing collateral are in place to meet category-specific revenue targets.Maintain marketing-to-revenue percentages, ensuring efficient use of marketing funds across all channels.Monitor and manage ad spend across digital, social, and offline channels, making data-driven decisions to adjust allocations as needed.Provide detailed reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, budget adherence, and marketing spend effectiveness.Stay updated on marketing trends, cost-effective strategies, and best practices to continuously improve budget management and spending efficiency. Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or luxury sectors.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.Expertise in performance marketing, digital ad spend, and understanding of marketing ROI.Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with budget constraints.Strong leadership and communication skills to report budget status and recommendations to senior management.Proficiency in budget management tools and software.
