Director of Marketing

Greater Houston Healthconnect, the region's leading Health Information Exchange (HIE), is on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team. As a digital health company, Healthconnect digitally integrates clinical information across a vast healthcare community, providing a 360-degree view of the patient experience and enabling actionable decision-making at the point-of-care.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote HIE service lines.
Lead client engagement, finding strategic solutions to address business challenges, and advocating for the HIE.
Maintain GHH website and social media accounts with updates and new material.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and utilization of HIE services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our marketing approach aligns with industry best practices.
Create compelling educational materials, training resources, and marketing collateral for clients.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve organizational goals.
Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring cohesive communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 or more years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong expertise in Marketing technology, including Word Press
Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Familiarity with healthcare roles, responsibilities, and clinical workflows.
Effective analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications or experience with healthcare-related technologies is a plus.
