We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Consumer Legal Group. As the Director of Marketing you will primarily be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies, including go-to-market strategies to enhance the firm's brand, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the legal industry and a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firms business goals and objectives Oversee the firm's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications Manage projects from inception to execution. Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with legal advertising regulations Lead marketing efforts, including go to market strategy, direct-to-consumer mailers, and other efforts such as website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns Experience with business development and proven ability taking things across the finish line. Understand our relationships with media & review outlets, coordinate press releases, and handle crisis communications when necessary Enhance the firms visibility and thought leadership Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and delivering measurable results Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions Over time this role will likely build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies Preferred experience in a smaller or startup style organization, legal or otherwise 6 years of marketing experience minimum Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite (docs, sheets, gmail, etc.) Qualifications that Predict Success: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and convey them through materials Must have strong project management skills in managing outside agencies and internal projects Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape Excellent leadership and team management abilities Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making Familiarity with legal advertising regulations and ethics Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
