This individual will honor the esteemed legacy of the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania while actively engaging staff, residents, the advisory board, and members of the broader Franciscan Care Center community. The Director is also tasked with nurturing workplace spirituality, facilitating theological discussions with management, and delivering empathetic spiritual support to our residents. A significant emphasis is placed on weaving spiritual care throughout our services, especially during end-of-life transitions. Qualifications: A Master s degree in theology or a related health field, with knowledge of healthcare operations and financing. Experience working with elderly populations is essential; exposure to Catholic healthcare environments is preferable. A minimum of two years of effective management experience, ideally within a healthcare context. Completion of two units of clinical pastoral education or equivalent training in pastoral care is highly desirable.
