Director Of Nursing

Description: Burnett Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill our long-term care Director of Nursing (DON) position to provide leadership for our rural nursing home. SHIFT & HOURS: This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, days. We offer competitive benefits. Medical, dental, vision, employer-paid life and short term disability insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Nursing is to plan, organize, develop, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the overall operations of the nursing home (Continuing Care Center - CCC) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. Requirements: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
