We are hiring a Director of Nursing for a small, privately held, nursing home and long-term care facility in the Boston area.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care.
You would be responsible for the selection, training, discipline, and supervision of the nursing staff, working with supplies and equipment, and managing departmental budgets.
