This includes but is not limited to: policy development/implementation (in coordination with Regional Clinical Director), organizational planning, the direction of the nursing care delivery and the development and monitoring of standards of nursing practices. Requirements: Registered Nurse in Wisconsin Bachelor s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Five years of clinical nursing experience related to geriatric nursing Must have at least five years of management experience Experience in long-term care preferred Working knowledge of Total Quality Improvement processes preferred
