Responsibilities
• Support best practices and objectives• Develop short and long-range planning for nursing function• Ensure resident needs can be met by facility nursing capabilities• Ensure safe and sanitary environment for residents, employees, and visitors• Responsible for ensuring appropriate administration of treatments• Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• 3-5 years nursing supervisory experience• Previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable• Nursing degree from accredited college preferred• Graduation from approved RN program required• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Colorado required• Current, valid CPR certification required
