Responsibilities Include Managing daily operations of field technologists, ensuring productivity and workflow optimization.Serving as a key link between field staff and internal departments such as dispatch, client services, and compliance.Overseeing scheduling and resource allocation to ensure coverage and efficiency.Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for field staff.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.Identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.Contributing to strategic planning and long-term operational improvements.Ideal Qualifications Proven leadership experience in managing technical staff, ideally in a healthcare or diagnostics-related setting.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across multiple teams.Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in service delivery.Problem-solving abilities with a focus on team performance and operational efficiency.Experience in scheduling, resource management, and operational strategy.This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and drive the delivery of critical diagnostic services across New York State.
