What You Will Be Doing

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective operational processes across all departments

Develop and implement strategies to continually improve client experiences and satisfaction rates

Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of 16 professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth

Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and market disruption

Identify areas for operational improvements and lead initiatives to streamline processes

Analyze customer feedback and data to drive service enhancements and innovation

Experience You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably as a director or a head of a department

Experience in Insurance / Operations / 5 Star hospitality / or other industries as long as you have experience to operate at a 5-star level

Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams with a focus on operational excellence, cultural alignment, and accountability

Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
