We are seeking a director of operations who will grow quickly in the organization. This leader will rotate through various aspects of the business-from kitchen to drive-thru to front of house-to gain experience and work alongside team members. After an initial training period, this leader will be assistant to the GM, oversee 6-7 restaurant leaders, begin to think strategically for the business, and will influence the workplace culture and total guest experience. Ultimately, this person will develop and coach team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service and modeling servant-based leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation. Initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e., marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring). Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests-leading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people to motivate and help them reach their highest potential. Develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, consistent reviews, and coaching. Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e., budgeting, vendor relationships). Maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and overall, Chick-fil-A standards. Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency. Build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operator's vision. Requirements * Bachelor's degree preferred
* At least one year of restaurant management experience
* 2-5+ years of experience leading a team
