As a Director of Operations , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency, organization, and productivity of our warehouse and business operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team with key responsibilities including; team leadership, inventory management, process improvement, hiring and training, resource management, performance monitoring and budgetary oversight.

Position Responsibilities: ? Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and order fulfillment.
? Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
? Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation procedures.
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
? Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, including setting performance objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
? Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
? Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve workflow.
? Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports.
? Lead company's technology integrations including configuring and managing connections and providers of APIs, EDI, and related systems.
? Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing freight costs.
? Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions to address operational inefficiencies.
? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
? Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and operational costs, and present findings to senior management.
