Location: Our Shop in Greenfield

Role Overview: As the Director of Operations, you will work closely with our CEO and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve future goals. You will lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), develop scalable processes, and foster a positive work environment.

Pay Range: $120,000-$150,000 with sizable bonus opportunities. Company is growing!

Key Responsibilities:

- EOS Implementation: Lead the implementation of EOS, conduct training sessions, and facilitate regular meetings to drive accountability.

- Scalability & Efficiency: Develop and refine processes to ensure scalability and operational efficiency. Establish key metrics to track performance.

- Leadership: Manage and motivate employees, provide technical advice, and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of leadership experience in construction or other trades.

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
