Director of Operations

As we continue to expand, we seek a Director of Operations who embodies our spirit and is ready to lead our field team to new heights.

The Director of Operations is tasked with creating, monitoring, and improving systems within and across departments to enhance overall efficiency and communication. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively manage all issues within Production and Operations using systems improvement and company-level metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative roadmaps for achieving annual and long-term plans, ensuring all teams are motivated and performing at peak levels.
Manage and improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission—focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, job scheduling, and overall operational effectiveness.
Supervise daily operations across administrative, operational, and field teams, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Oversee the company's operational and financial performance, including system metrics, KPIs, and regular reporting to the President.
Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews with the President, discussing KPIs, variances, issues, and forecasting.
Lead workforce planning and recruitment to ensure staffing aligns with monthly and annual production targets.
Implement and manage safety programs, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Enhance customer service standards through rigorous quality assurance and control, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
Facilitate strategic meetings with the management team to ensure alignment with long-range goals and the company's vision.
