\n Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as a Swiss army knife executor, filling in administrative and operational gaps as they ariseServe as the primary point of contact for all real estate and office-related operationsOversee the maintenance and management of our physical workspace, ensuring it meets our team's and operations' needsContinuously assess and improve background operations across a variety of business and administrative domainsIdentify and triage any arising issues, providing hands-on solutions or coordinating freelance labor as neededImplement and manage processes to enhance operational effectiveness and support the overall objectives of the organizationFoster a positive and productive work environment by addressing operational needs that impact the entire teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and drive operational improvementsAdditional tasks as assigned QualificationsProven experience in operations management, facilities management, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, rapidly scaling, fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to addressing issuesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and coordinate freelance labor as needed
