Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our team and oversee the operations of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management or equitable experience, organizational skills, exceptional leadership skills and a passion for providing outstanding care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the agency's goals and objectives are met.
Oversee and support team on day-to-day operations, including staffing, human resources, scheduling, and client care coordination.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of caregivers and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and employee engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote the agency's services and enhance our reputation.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services and identify areas for improvement.
Stay current on industry trends, developments, and innovations to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the agency.
Create and sustain community networking relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in home care or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for home care agencies preferred.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward clients and their families and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Benefits:
Competitive salary ($75,00-$85,000) commensurate with experience
