MedQuest Search Solutions, Inc., the nation's leading behavioral health executive search firm is conducting a NEW search for a *Director of Outpatient Services (IOP/PHP)* for an outpatient behavioral health organization in New Mexico.*Summary:*The Director of Outpatient Services oversees all of day to day activities and staffing of out-patient therapy services including Intensive Outpatient Treatment(IOP) and Partial Hospital Programs(PHP). Looking for someone community oriented to assess currently programs, do program development, drive the program and help grow the service lines.* As a member of senior management, this position ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services.* Plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.* Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility.* Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, and program requirements. Work may involve directing counselors, clinical staff or other facility / clinic staff involved in the delivery of services through the program.
