About this opportunity:
The Outsource Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations performed by third-party service providers and overseeing the handling of accident reporting. This role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and maintaining the overall efficiency and quality of outsourced maintenance activities. The Director will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the highest standards of maintenance services are met.
Pay and Schedule:
The shift for this position is Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM with the pay range being $90k-$115k/year based on experience.
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Select, evaluate, negotiate contracts with third-party maintenance service providers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations performed by external vendors
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
Conduct regular audits and inspections of outsourced maintenance work to ensure high quality standards
Address and resolve any issues of discrepancies in maintenance services promptly
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
Analyze maintenance expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
Approve and process invoices from maintenance vendors
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance operations, contracts and compliance documentation
Serve as the main point of contacts for leadership discussions regarding accident reporting
Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, vendor performance, and budget allowance
