Our client is a Joint Commission-accredited, 230+-bed healthcare facility providing a full range of medical and surgical services to meet the needs of our diverse patient base.
They are searching for a rock star to lead their growing surgical services program which includes 9 OR suites, 2 eye suites and 2 GI procedure rooms in the ASU.
Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Nursing, the selected candidate will provide direction to the Surgical Services and Sterile Processing staff in the implementation of the nursing process and provision of patient care.
Shapes and interprets the philosophy and definition of nursing as it relates to short and long-term planning, program and staff development, resource and budget management, quality assurance, and systems utilization.
Job Qualifications:

BSN and a Master degree in Health Administration or related field.
Current Illinois RN licensure or eligible required.
5 years increasing responsibility in surgical setting and 2 years nursing management experience.
