Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Placement & Sales to lead our team of Matching Specialists in our Boston office. This team is the primary matching and pre-arrival support resource for families navigating the exciting journey of welcoming an au pair. As Director, you will be instrumental in driving sales strategy, exceeding sales goals, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for families.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Matching Specialists.Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Adjust sales strategies as needed to optimize results.Design and deliver ongoing development to team.Collaborate with the training department to provide team effective sales training.Handle customer escalations.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and proven track record for exceeding sales goals.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of problem-solving.Ability to work well under pressure and remain goal-oriented under strict deadlines.Proven experience in creating a positive and motivational work environment.Why you'll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!
