We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Director of Product to own key product initiatives and help drive our go-to-market success.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable results.
The Director will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:Customer-Centric Leadership Champion a customer-first mindset to ensure market insights drive product decisions.Engage customers to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and address pain points.Product Strategy & Roadmap Identify opportunities through market research, feedback, and competitor analysis.Define and prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals.Develop and maintain a roadmap that supports short- and long-term objectives.Team Leadership Mentor and develop the product team, fostering innovation and collaboration.Ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.Go-to-Market & Launches Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies.Drive product positioning, messaging, and user adoption post-launch.Our ideal candidate will have the following:7+ years of experience working as a product leader in high performing SaaS environment, EdTech experience a strong plusA proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle: strategy, development, launch, optimization and sun-settingPeople management experience, strong team motivational skills and ability to influence without authorityStrategic and tactical thinking; identifying and prioritizing opportunities in strategic and tactical contexts.Excellent organizational skills, capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and communicate with all levels of managementWorking in a collaborative environment revising and iterating strategy and roadmapsWorking with distributed teams across multiple offices and time zonesSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesSkilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from development, customer success, sales, marketing and leadershipEntrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneThe perks of working for us are great!You'll be joining a rapidly growing company and have the unique opportunity to truly impact our growth and our product.
