This Opportunity In this role, you will drive the roadmap and business objectives for Truveta's genomics program and product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for integrating genomics into the Truveta Data platform and Truveta Studio applications. This includes identifying key opportunities for innovation in the genomics space, managing cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring that our genomics offerings meet the highest standards of data quality, usability, and compliance.
A successful Director of Product Management at Truveta is one who:
Has a strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex genomic challenges into clear, actionable product plans.Is customer-focused, working actively to understand the research, analytic, and data needs of our customers.Is very detail-oriented and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and dive directly into the data if needed to better understand our products and needs of customers.Is energized through cross-team collaboration and building products with a large set of stakeholders.Is an excellent written and oral communicator ranging from customer-facing scenarios to highly-technical internal conversations.Key Qualifications Master's degree or PhD in genomics, bioinformatics, or a related field, with specialized training in next-generation sequencing (NGS), genomic data analysis, and their application in clinical and/or research settings.5+ years of leading product management with a proven record of conceiving, developing, and launching successful genomics products.Deep understanding of real-world healthcare data (RWD), including EHRs, claims, and imaging, and how these datasets intersect with genomic data to drive clinical research and innovation in the life sciences, biopharma, and medical device industries.Able to work with teams on west coast hours. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
