Position Summary The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization's product marketing initiatives, and pioneering the solutions go-to-market vision. The Director's primary responsibility is to drive product marketing initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring that we effectively communicate the value of our healthcare revenue cycle management solutions as we scale our business with organic and several current and planned M&A expansions. This position requires deep industry knowledge, particularly in healthcare revenue cycle, regulatory landscapes, and product management, to successfully position the company as a leader in the sector. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Director will collaborate closely with sales, product, and client success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and competitive differentiation. This Director role demands a seasoned marketing executive with deep industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a data-driven approach, along with a passion for driving innovation and growth in the healthcare revenue cycle and technology space.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Lead market research initiatives to understand industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer pain points, using these insights to inform go-to-market strategies.Oversee product marketing, ensuring that the company's solutions address key challenges in healthcare revenue cycle management, compliance, and operational efficiency.Continuously monitor competitor products and go-to-market strategies to ensure our solutions maintain a competitive edge.Key participant in integration activities, provides deep insight into product and offerings of M&A expansion companies and how they integrate with EC current products.Develop actionable insights to guide product development, differentiation, and positioning.Build and maintain a strong, recognizable brand in the healthcare industry, emphasizing trust, innovation, and expertise in RCM.Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success teams.Partner with product management, IT, and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and enhancements.Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with the company's growth objectives, revenue goals, and long-term vision.Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools, content, and training materials that support quick and efficient go to market products and offerings. Provide ongoing training and support to sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and materials needed to effectively sell our products.Oversee campaigns that position the company as a thought leader in RCM, including participation in industry conferences, webinars, white papers, and case studies.Expand the company's market presence by identifying and targeting new segments within the healthcare ecosystem, such as hospitals, physician groups, and large healthcare networks.Develop targeted strategies for customer acquisition and retention, focusing on healthcare decision-makers.Enhance the customer experience by understanding the unique needs of healthcare clients, creating tailored solutions that improve their revenue cycle and operational efficiency.Oversee digital marketing efforts with a focus on healthcare professionals, using targeted email marketing, SEO, and content marketing strategies.Manage the marketing budget with an emphasis on ROI, ensuring that resources are allocated to the most impactful campaigns and initiatives.Other duties as required. Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field required. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.5+ years of marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of success in creating and implementing go to market strategies in the healthcare IT, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare services industry.3+ years of specific experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within revenue cycle management.Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare entities.Demonstrated ability to successfully manage branding, customer acquisition, product marketing, and thought leadership initiatives in a healthcare environment.Experience in digital marketing and leveraging healthcare-specific marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare industry trends.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.Knowledge of end-to-end corporate development activities and demonstrated ability to facilitate complex and time sensitive decisionsExperience with a rapidly scaling technology/services business is a plusEquivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use office applications, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other Learning technology.Regular and predictable attendance.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
