We are seeking a seasoned Director of Production to lead our talented team of producers.
This is a unique opportunity to oversee the production of AAA games and contribute to the strategic direction of our studio.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 9 producers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality games.Oversee 2 Production Managers transitioning to individual contributor roles.Make strategic decisions on game development, costs, and revenue.Identify and address potential challenges to ensure smooth production processes.Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the video game industry.Proven experience in AAA game production.Background in mid-sized to large studios (no tiny studio or self-employed candidates).Director to Executive level experience.Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.Benefits: 3-4 weeks of PTOHealthDentalVision401(k)Other Benefits/Perks
