We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Project Management for Value-Based Care to join our team primarily remote with some travel.
The Director of Project Management for Value-Based Care is directly responsible for monitoring Sun River Health's performance in our value-based payment contract with MVP.
Essential Functions Ensuring the strategic alignment of Sun River Health's Value Transformation process across the North Star and organizational landscapes, including coordination with other value-driven and process improvement work, like the Community Health Center Excellence and Coleman Associates processes. Leveraging data for ongoing performance management within Sun River Health's value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP and MSSP. Identifying opportunities for performance and process improvements within the above arrangements and supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of these QI projects. Monitoring the roll-out of Sun River Health's Value Transformation Implementation Plan and performing all necessary quality assurance functions. Support compliance with key regulatory agency related to project implementation. Participate in project management meetings, develop project plans and reports based on assigned projects. Provide project management support for key Sun River initiatives.
Special Skills and Knowledge: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to access and analyze data and metrics for project development, design, and implementation.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
