Title: Director of Project Management
Location: River Falls, WI (onsite)

Responsibilities:
•Drive the successful delivery of diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
•Innovate and refine project management methodologies, processes, and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
•Lead a dynamic team of 6 project managers, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to inspire high performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
•Conduct engaging project status meetings and keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
•Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and procedures.
•Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
•Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing and acting on opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
•Proven ability to confidently tackle complex challenges.
•Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
•Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.
•Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
•Proficiency with project management software.
•Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
•Strong financial acumen with experience in creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
Must Have
