Director of Purchasing - Residential Construction A leading home builder is looking to add a Director of Purchasing to their team!
Director of Purchasing Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee Purchasing Department Prepare budgets and determine product features and options Negotiate and contract with subcontractors and vendors. Vendor/national contract rebates. Assist subcontractors and Construction team as needed Managing/leading a team Director of Purchasing Qualifications: 5 years of Purchasing experience within the Residential Construction Industry (with projects over $7M)3 years of Management experience College degree preferred, not required **Please email your resume to
