This position supports Leidos Health and Civil Division programs which provide essential support to service members and their families, enhancing readiness, resilience, and quality of life while promoting operational effectiveness and community well-being.
The Quality Control Director develops quality assurance programs ensuring that data, metrics, and reports gathered, managed, and reported are within contract standards and ensures compliance with credentialing and training of all personnel. Serves as a member of the leadership project management team ensuring service delivery and contract deliverable execution. Implements approaches to provide quality throughout the program. Creates and updates the QMP. Assesses performance and reports progress against metrics and SLAs. Develops PQI standards. Reviews incidents, accidents, grievances, identifies patterns, trends and recommends areas for improvement. Ensure accreditation standards are met when indicated. Reviews case records to evaluate the presence, clarity, quality, and continuity of required documents. Ensures mandates, laws and policies are followed. Supervises quality and reporting staff. Designs, implements, and monitors quality operations and compliance. Responsible for performance measurements and analytics, customer reporting, policies and procedures, quality of all services and service delivery tracking, coordination of satisfaction surveys, performance guarantee tracking, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance oversight.
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for performance measurements and analytics, customer reporting, policies and procedures, quality of all services and service delivery tracking, coordination of satisfaction surveys, performance guarantee tracking, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance oversight.
Manages data reporting and analysis, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and procedures, and ensuring that counselors are practicing within scope.
Conducts quality audits on all program performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identifies, and submits patterns, trends, and recommended remedies to Operations and Program Manager, resulting from all performance data reviewed and evaluated.
Engages across the program to provide feedback and recommended corrective actions on the quality of program deliverables ensuring all data captured is accurate, complete, and submitted within the prescribed timeframe or frequency, and meets all performance standards.
Escalates any pattern in lack of presence, clarity, quality, and continuity of service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling and 5+ years of relevant experience managing, developing, maintaining and being accountable for quality management plans for a behavioral health program of similar scope and scale.
5+ years experience managing quality control and reporting for government contracts.
Experience developing standardized operating procedures and reporting best practices.
Demonstrated analytical and data analysis skills.
Attention to detail and critical thinking.
Must be a self-directed, independent worker with strong customer service skills, and an understanding of military lifestyle and culture.
Proven proficiency in: Microsoft based tools including Word, Outlook, Excel; web based research; electronic documentation systems.
Due to Government Contract, US Citizenship is required.
Must speak fluent English.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
This position is a remote position and requires a quiet, private, confidential space to work from as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home. Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly with Commander, Naval Installation Command (CNIC).
Direct military affiliation or military spouse.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
