Minimum Requirements:Licensed OT, PT, or SLPRecent management experience in a Skilled Nursing FacilityWell-versed with PPS and MedicareIdeal Candidate:SLP, OT, PT with 3+ years of management experience in an SNF. Looking for a strong leader.
